Understand your feedback

AI feedback is coaching guidance measured against a stated rubric. Use it to reflect on an answer, identify areas to practice, and prepare for your next interview.

It is not an objective assessment of your skills, personality or employability, and it does not predict hiring outcomes. AI Interview Coach is designed for personal practice; its feedback should not be used to make hiring decisions.

Choose whether to record

Voice recordings are optional and require your explicit consent. You can type your answers instead, withdraw recording consent in Settings, or delete a recording at any time.

Settings lets you choose how long audio is kept: delete it after transcription, or keep it for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The default is 30 days. Deleting audio leaves the transcript available unless you also delete the interview.

Manage what you keep

An individual recording: Delete audio from its answer while keeping the transcript and feedback.
An interview: Delete a session from your history to remove its questions, answers, recordings, evaluations and report.
Your account: Account deletion is available in Settings and requires your password and confirmation. It cancels any subscription and removes your profile and practice content from the app. Usage, analytics and billing records may remain without their association to your account.

Answers are processed by the configured AI service, and audio may be sent to a transcription service. Deletion controls apply to copies held by this app; service providers and backups may have separate retention periods.
